ICE (Information & Cultural Exchange) is a Western Sydney community arts organisation working in the areas of cultural development, screen culture and digital technology and related education/training programs.

Our Vision is for creative and culturally empowered Western Sydney communities and artists. Our Mission is to ensure cultural and creative access, equity and opportunity. Our commitment is to contribute to and promote the evolving and rich cultural/artistic life of Australia’s most diverse and dynamic region – Western Sydney.

For 31-years ICE has worked with Western Sydney communities, artists and creative producers. Together, we have succeeded in creating art, amplifying community cultural development, building cultural infrastructure and enhancing the region’s cultural vibrancy. During that time we have created community focused and driven art that is bold, imaginative and adventurous, and delivered creative opportunity, cultural empowerment and employment for our communities and artists.
